By accessing or using the AbodeWell application and services (the "Service") provided by ABODEWELL LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

AbodeWell is a household management application that helps families and households organize tasks, manage chores, coordinate schedules, and collaborate on home maintenance. The Service may include, but is not limited to, task management, calendar features, notifications, and household member coordination.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ABODEWELL LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you choose to purchase a subscription:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

During any beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. Beta services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We make no guarantees regarding the availability or functionality of beta features.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABODEWELL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ABODEWELL LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Utah.
